Minnesota Department Of Corrections issued the following announcement on Feb. 21.
House Public Safety heard 3 DOC bills today: HF1523 clarifies the authority of the DOC Fugitive Apprehension Unit, HF1321 forms an Indeterminate Sentencing Review Board, and HF1462 creates a Mental Health Unit pilot.
