Get involved with The Heights redevelopment project! The Heights Housing Workgroup will collaborate with the Saint Paul Port Authority to inform priorities that are in alignment with the City's draft Hillcrest Master Plan. The group will discuss a wide range of topics, including affordability levels, ownership/rental balance, unit mix, and promoting neighborhood pride.
