Maplewood home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Maplewood rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 8.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in St. Paul rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 25.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Maplewood rose by $14,100 while total sales decreased by 17.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in St. Paul rose by $20,750 while total sales increased by 33.6%.
