Maplewood home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Maplewood rose by $14,100 while total sales decreased by 17.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $230,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Maplewood in September 2017.
