Ayd Mill Road in Saint Paul opens for multi-use, slower speeds

The City of Saint Paul announced that Ayd Mill Road has been upgraded and resurfaced to include a bicycle lane and off-street pedestrian trail, at slower speeds enforced at 35 MPH.
