County Of Ramsey issued the following announcement on Feb. 28.
Service Centers are open and available for residents. Centers offer convenient Navigator services that can help you access programs. Reservable computer workstations and secure 24/7 document drop boxes are also available.
Free parking is available across the street from the Service Center - Downtown Saint Paul at the Block 19 ramp located at 145 E. 7th St. – a voucher for two hours of free parking will be provided for visitors to the Service Center. Transit tokens will be provided for those arriving by bus or light rail.
