City Of St. Paul issued the following announcement on Jun. 08.
The first solicitation of the City’s 30% AMI Deeply Affordable Housing Fund will support four projects and add a total of 246 affordable units (with 75 at the 30% AMI level) to Saint Paul’s housing supply.
