St. Paul home prices rose in March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in St. Paul rose by $16,242 while total sales decreased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were 280 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,500 - a 6.8% increase over the $240,258 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 302 homes sold in St. Paul in March 2021.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for March 2022.
