St. Paul home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in St. Paul rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 193 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 225 homes sold in St. Paul in November 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
