The campaign committee of Democratic/Conservative candidate Betty McCollum, McCollum for Congress, refunded $500 to Christian Dubois on Aug. 1, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

McCollum for Congress has refunded $500 total since March 1.
