Education Minn, PAC spent the most money among political committees in a city within Ramsey County during the fourth quarter of 2022, according to the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board.

The largest expense was for Principal Payment to American National Bank, which is based in St. Paul.

The second largest political spend from a committee operating in a city within Ramsey County during the fourth quarter of 2022 came from Alliance for a Better Minnesota Action Fund. It spent $570,081 during the time period on 10 different vendors.
