July 2021: Home prices in Maplewood increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Maplewood rose by $61,000 while total sales increased by 20.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,000 - a 22% increase over the $277,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Maplewood in July 2020.
