St. Paul home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in St. Paul rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 15.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 186 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $216,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 220 homes sold in St. Paul in February 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
