City Of Saint Paul issued the following announcement on April 30.
Pick up your car from the impound lot at no cost. All towing and storage charges for registered owners picking up their cars from the impound lots will be waived through May 6 at the Snow Lot and through May 8 at the Barge Channel Lot. Learn more at stpaul.gov/impound.
