St. Paul home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in St. Paul rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 314 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,500 - a 3.5% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 264 homes sold in St. Paul in November 2017.
