Maplewood home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Maplewood rose by $49,875 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,750 - a 24.5% increase over the $203,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Maplewood in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Maplewood for 2019 was $3,286. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,050. This marks an increase of 7.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
