In the fourth quarter of 2023, Cerenity Care Center White Bear Lake stood out as the third largest nursing home in Ramsey County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 138 beds available, 46 more than the average in Ramsey County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 108.9 residents during that period.

Cerenity Care Center White Bear Lake had an overall rating of 2 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 3.2 recorded for nursing homes in Minnesota.

During the quarter, Lyngblomsten Care Center stood out as the largest nursing home in Ramsey County, with 225 beds available. The Estates at Roseville, LLC came in second place, with 150 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Cerenity Care Center White Bear Lake has already spent a total of $118,637 in two fines and suffered three penalties.

In total, there were 18 non-profit nursing homes in Ramsey County, Minnesota.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
