Ben Davis, a public figure active on social media, has recently posted several tweets addressing political developments and a recent act of violence in Minnesota.

On August 27, 2025, Davis expressed support for Michael H., stating "Congratulations @MichaelH_MN !!!! Now on to the complete victory to get you in the MN Senate!" This message indicates ongoing political campaigns within the state and Davis's endorsement of Michael H.'s candidacy.

Later that same day, Davis commented on an incident he described as an act of terror. In his tweet dated August 27, 2025, he wrote: "Absolutely horrific act of terror! Please join me in praying for the families who have lost their loved ones. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pray for the victims who are in serious condition struggling for their lives." The message reflects concern for those affected by the event and calls for communal support through prayer.

Two days later, on August 29, 2025, Davis criticized Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s approach to gun legislation. He stated: "Yep, Tim Walz deceptive theater, folks. All they will do is bring forth legislation that violates our right to bear arms and enable schools to be LESS safe. Republicans will all vote NO and DEMOcrats will scream at us for not caring. We have solutions they won't listen to. RWR" This comment highlights partisan disagreement over proposed firearm regulations in Minnesota.

Gun control debates have been a recurring issue in Minnesota politics. Governor Tim Walz has previously advocated for stricter gun laws following incidents of gun violence in the state; these proposals often face opposition from Republican lawmakers who argue such measures infringe upon Second Amendment rights.

The recent tweets by Ben Davis underscore ongoing tensions around legislative approaches to public safety and political contests within Minnesota.
