On June 2, 2025, McCollum condemned an attack on peaceful marchers in Boulder, Colorado. She stated "Nothing justifies the heinous attack on peaceful marchers supporting Israeli hostages yesterday in Boulder, Colorado. My thoughts are with all those injured as they recover. Acts of hate and political violence have no place in our nation." Her remarks underscore a firm stance against political violence.

Later that day, she emphasized the importance of securing U.S. supply chains by highlighting her collaboration with fellow Representative Brad Finstad.
