City Of St. Paul issued the following announcement on Jan. 07.
In 2022, the City approved financing for three new affordable housing projects at Highland Bridge. These projects will add 195 units and represent 25% of the City’s bold goal to ensure affordability and economic diversity in housing at Highland Bridge.
