County Of Ramsey issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.

Are you in need of or know someone who needs a warm space to sleep during cold winter nights? Ramsey County staff is operating three warming spaces in Saint Paul from 9:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. every night, with transportation included.
