City Of St. Paul issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
This week, we celebrated the groundbreaking for Schafer Richardson 's Soul Apartments on the West Side. The project will utilize a portion of the City's American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to create 35 new deeply affordable units for households earning 30% or less of Area Median Income (AMI).
The development will provide 178 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartment homes with 20% of the units set aside for households at or below 30% AMI and the remaining units eligible for households earning no more than 60% AMI.
