The City of Saint Paul has extended the Request for Proposals (RFP) submission deadline for the Inspiring Communities program. Proposals are now due by Friday, Nov. 4 at 5 p.m.
This program supports developers to construct homes for sale to homebuyers with low to moderate incomes on residential lots currently owned by the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
