The EV Spot Network makes it easier than ever to use an electric vehicle in the Twin Cities. The City of Saint Paul - in partnership with the City of Minneapolis Government , Xcel Energy Minnesota , HOURCAR , and is here to increase access to and the use of electric vehicles with convenient electric vehicle charging stations and electric carshare.
