STAR Program in action
Papa Legba's Lounge (202 Cesar Chavez Street) is now open!
A 2021 Neighborhood STAR award assisted this new business on Saint Paul’s West Side with painting, installation of an awning and front window, interior renovations, and new furnishings.
Applications are being accepted for this year's Neighborhood STAR program until May 11 at 4 p.m. Find the guidelines and the application at stpaul.gov/nstar.
