St. Paul home prices rose in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in St. Paul rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 309 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 277 homes sold in St. Paul in July 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
