The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Maplewood increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Maplewood rose by $28,750 while total sales increased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,250 - a 11.6% increase over the $248,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Maplewood in the fourth quarter of 2019.
