St. Paul home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in St. Paul rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 45.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 215 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 2% increase over the $225,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 392 homes sold in St. Paul in August 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
