City of Saint Paul issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
Today, Mayor Melvin Carter announced his 2021 City Budget Proposal. The proposed budget totals $627 million, and includes no property tax levy increase, no city staff layoffs, and no use of emergency reserves.
