Maplewood home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Maplewood rose by $37,900 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $272,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Maplewood in May 2019.
