St. Paul home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in St. Paul fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 55.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 177 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,000 - a 1.8% decrease over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 401 homes sold in St. Paul in May 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
