Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 7.
Minnesota Department of Transportation is seeking community feedback on a project to re-stripe Robert St. between Plato Blvd. to the intersection at Cesar Chavez St., reducing the number of lanes from five and four lanes to three lanes, to improve pedestrian and vehicle safety.
