St. Paul home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in St. Paul rose by $5,650 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,900 - a 2.6% increase over the $221,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 264 homes sold in St. Paul in March 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
