St. Paul home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in St. Paul rose by $1,900 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 149 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,900 - a 0.9% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 184 homes sold in St. Paul in February 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
