St. Paul home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in St. Paul rose by $18,450 while total sales decreased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,450 - a 9.3% increase over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 205 homes sold in St. Paul in January 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,106, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
