City of Saint Paul issued the following announcement on Oct. 31.
Beginning Nov. 4 the Summit Avenue Bridge over Ayd Mill Road in Saint Paul will be closed until October 2020 for bridge reconstruction.
November 4-10, Ayd Mill Road between Grand and Selby will be closed. When Ayd Mill reopens on November 11, it will be restricted to one lane each way under the Summit Avenue Bridge for the rest of the project.
Please expect delays and plan accordingly.
