There was the same number of registered sex offenders living in Dakota County in June compared to the previous month, according to the Minnesota Public Registrant Search.

There are six sex offenders registered in Dakota County in June.

The Registry shows none of these sex offenders are sexual predators. In Minnesota, convicted predatory offenders also are subject to certain mandatory sentencing laws that are designed to minimize their chances to re-offend.

Minnesota legislation about sex offenders and predators is currently being evaluated and revised, such as if offenders with good behavior can be removed from the Registry.

Denard Alexander Sutton Criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, criminal sexual conduct in the first degree Denard Sutton engaged in sexual contact with known female child and teenager. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Sutton used threats to gain compliance.
Dennis Joseph Pearson Criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree Offender engaged in sexual contact with victim (female, 15) Contact included sexual touching, displaying pornography and exposed himself. Offender provided alcohol to gain compliance.
Anthony James Bulmer Criminal sexual conduct in the second degree Anthony Bulmer engaged in sexual contact with a known female child on multiple occasions over an extended period of time. Contact included sexual touching. Bulmer used his relationship of trust exploit unmonitored contact.
Isaiah Charles Swedeen Criminal sexual conduct in the first degree At age 10, Isaiah Swedeen engaged in sexual contact with two known female children over an extended period of time. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Physical force and threats were used to gain compliance.
Eric James Dokken Criminal sexual conduct in the second degree (3 counts) Erik Dokken has a history of sexual conduct and contact with known male children. Conduct has included showing them pornography and exposure. Contact has included sexual touching and penetration. Threats, a weapon, force, bribes, and intoxicants have been used to gain compliance. Dokken also took advantage of at least one male’s vulnerable state to gain compliance.
William Albert Kibble Jr. False imprisonment, criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree William Kibble engaged in domestic assault against a known adult female, holding her against her will. He engaged in sexual contact against a known, adult female, holding her against her will. Kibble used his relationships to gain access. He used a weapon, force and threats of violence to gain compliance.
