Ben Davis, a political commentator and Minnesota resident, has recently posted several statements on social media criticizing the current state government led by Governor Tim Walz and the Democratic Party. His posts highlight concerns about education, governance, and recent developments in state policy.

On August 18, 2025, Davis wrote: “Minnesota needs a regime change. Walz and Democrats have failed our children. Democrats are NOT the party of education.”

The following day, August 19, 2025, he added: “This is a win for the American people and residents of MN. Leftist ideology is dying. #shallnotbeinfringed”

On August 20, 2025, Davis further criticized state leadership with another post: “Under Democrats and Walz we are quickly becoming the land of 10,000 fraud cases.”

Governor Tim Walz has served as Minnesota’s governor since January 2019. The Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), which affiliates with the national Democratic Party, currently controls both legislative chambers in Minnesota as of early 2024. Debates over education policy and allegations of fraud in public programs have been prominent issues during recent legislative sessions.
